I know Kirill Osenkov from September 1998 in common work at a project “Courseware DG in Plane geometry Course”. He was the only programmer in our team consisting of about 20 educators, teachers, didacts from Kharkiv State Pedagogical University named after G.S. Skovoroda and National University named after V.N.Karasin.

The developed package DG of Dynamic Geometry has now the Certificate of State Committee of Ukraine from Standardizations and Certifications and License of Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. 1500 copies of “Courseware DG” were sent to 1500 schools of Ukraine and are now in use. We have a lot of excellent responses from teachers and students about “Courseware DG”.

Kirill is a high-qualified programmer, using a lot of modern technologies: OOP, COM-technologies, Internet-technologies, etc. For any raised problem he always can find the qualitative solution.

Kirill is an author of 7 papers concerning architecture of Educational Software, Methodical problems of using ICT in Mathematical Education.

Kirill participated in different kind of conferences from regional up to international level dealt with questions of improving Mathematical education with ICT.

Kirill is a winner of the 1st Ukrainian Championship of Educational software “Ecosoft – 2002” in the nomination “The Best Educational Program”.

Kirill can work at a team in close cooperation with programmers, researchers, users, students, etc.

Kirill’s work catalyzed the process of creating new specialty “Computer Graphics” in National University named after V.N. Karasin.

Kirill is a soul of our team and I’m sure that Kirill will be successful in future projects.
